Inspection Performance Manager - CFHWS

A specialist is required to set up and operationalise a performance management system for 450 units in Children’s Services. Key tasks are to:

a) develop the self assessment tool based on detailed knowledge of OFSTED Grade descriptors and how they are applied by OFSTED inspectors

b) set up the database to collect data and report to SLT

c) support the establishment of targets support capacity

d) support the establishment of peer inspection systems

The units cover 12 settings from childminders to schools to residential establishments.

You must have recent experience of OFSTED inspections, preferably in more than one setting with the ability to apply their experience across unfamiliar settings. A current enhanced CRB check is required.
