Business Analysts are required by local authorities to assist in the achievement of service improvements, process re-engineering, operational efficiencies and savings as part of the Business Improvement Delivery. You must have a proven track record of delivery and an understanding of how toolkits and methodologies are employed to realise objectives. You must be able to identify change needs, assess resultant impact, document processes, implement and deliver. Your approach would be highly collaborative as you would be working closely with service managers, sponsors, and BID workstreams. Ideally you will be a mid-level Business Analyst with experience of major transformation gained in either a large organisation or central/local government. Experience of the public sector is desirable.
