The CIPFA Placements team's aim is to work in partnership with Clients and Associates alike to ensure we are able to resource the most sought after interim positions with the finest skills available in the interim market today.

We are constantly extending our areas of expertise and our recruitment consultants are all experienced in the niche markets and geographical areas in which they specialise. As part of our commitment to providing a well informed and quality service, they are kept fully up to date with all current initiatives that impact on the customers that they serve. They have the added advantage of drawing on the knowledge available to them from expertise in other business areas of the company.

The members of the CIPFA Placements Team are:

	Gill Kelly is Associate Director and a member of the Executive Management Team. Gill has been responsible for leading the business since 1994. Gill.Kelly@cipfa.org.uk
	Joanna Stay – Administration Manager Joanna is PA to Gill and is also responsible for the administration systems of CIPFA Placements including issuing contracts, payment systems and organising regular events for our Associates. Joanna.Stay@cipfa.org.uk
	Christine Haeger-Gibbs – Sales Support Coordinator Christine supports all the consultants with marketing, advertising, research and administrative support. After graduating in 1997, Christine gained seven years' experience working in Human Resources and specialised in the development of significant recruitment programs for international organisations. 	Simon Bascombe – Recruitment Consultant Simon has over ten years' recruitment experience and he is responsible for the South and Home Counties as well as CIPFA Placements in Wales. Simon.Bascombe@cipfa.org.uk
	Philippa Watkins – Recruitment Consultant Philippa is primarily responsible for the East side of the country as well as East London and our lead consultant for central government. Philippa has worked in recruitment for ten years. Philippa.Watkins@cipfa.org.uk
	Camilla Hayes – Recruitment Consultant With a strong customer focus and administrative background, Camilla joined CIPFA Placements in July 2006 as Sales Support Administrator supporting CIPFA Placements regional presence. This experience led to a natural progression to Recruitment Consultant and since January 2008 Camilla has been responsible for our clients in the Northern and Midlands regions.
